We are looking for a not very large house with a built-up area of ​​about 80-100 square meters (not more than 100 but not less than 70 square meters) and a yard of at least 500-800 square meters (the yard can be bigger, up to one and a half decares, but not less than 500 square meters) in the municipalities of Radomir, Kovachevtsi, Breznik and those close to the town Radomir Kyustendil villages. As a mandatory requirement, the house must have active lots for electricity and water. We wish there was a well or a borehole.
