We are looking for hotel to rent in Bansko:
- It can work whole year or only in winter/summer seasons.
- At least 30 rooms (best is bigger hotels like 100 and more rooms).
- Good to have swimming pool, SPA and restaurant.
- Need to be in good condition.

We can also manage hotel. We have 7 hotels in Europe and want to develope our Hotel Group.
The average annual occupancy increase in the hotels we manage is 18% and the average RevPar increase is 14 euro.
