I am selling an apartment with a panoramic view of the sea, located in a gated complex. The complex consists of small three-story houses along the seashore.
The apartment is in the last house, with a view of the sea!
Highest floor, third and only one more apartment on the floor. First line with more than 180 degrees of sea view, with a large terrace, which is in front of two of the rooms, and on the other side the view is of Strandzha Mountain.
Quiet and peaceful place, in the low part, near the seashore. You can’t hear any noise from cars. There are no other complexes nearby within a radius of 2 kilometers!
The beach is a great, small and cozy bay, with such a location of the rocks that protect it from the waves and the water is always almost like a pool, with crystal water - sea water. The beach is accessible only through the complex and almost no one knows and does not go to this beach, except for the guests of the complex.
The apartment has its own parking - outside next to the house, separated from the main alley.
The view is incredible - as can be seen from some of the photos.
I am selling it because I am building a house in another part of the southern Black Sea coast and I no longer need it!
