House in the village of Dolni Rakovets, 50 km. from Sofia and 50 km. from Blagoevgrad. The house is detached, built in 1993, on an asphalted street and with a fence. The yard is large (1009 m2), flat with fruit trees and a garden. In addition to the house, there are two additional buildings in the yard. The house is on two floors with the following layout - first floor: living room with access to a spacious veranda, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and laundry room; storage space under the internal staircase for the second floor, which consists of a bathroom with toilet, three bedrooms, a terrace and a spacious luggage niche.
