We rent an excellent, spacious and fully furnished and equipped one-bedroom apartment in the Perla district, Crystal Beach Apartments complex with a usage permit since 2016. (block 35 of the Perla district, Nessebar, see the map below).

The building is emblematic of the area and is on the first line to the beach. It has controlled access, is excellently maintained, video surveillance, a swimming pool, a playground and a landscaped yard.

The apartment has large rooms and is ready to move in. It consists of a practical entrance hall, a large living room with a dining and kitchen area, a separate large bedroom, a terrace with a sea view common to both rooms and a bathroom with a toilet in one.

Heating and cooling are with air conditioners, and hot water is on a boiler.
