Rents a property at 256 Lomsko Blvd. before the ring road at the edge of Sofia

I am renting a property of over 3000 sq m which includes a concrete road and yard (fully lit), аwning, toilet, house (two rooms) at the entrance suitable for a guard and/or office 30 sq m (will be renovated or removed (according to the client’s needs at the landlord’s expense)) two halls one about 300 sq m height 6m to 7m with two entrances 4X4m with lighting electricity and water the second is about 100 sq m 4m to 5m height with 3 entrances one 2.2X2.2m two 2.2X1.3m with lighting electricity and water (the doors will be replaced with security shutters (according to the client’s needs (at the landlord’s expense for ordinary for more specialized by negotiation)).

Outside the price there is also a third hall (under renovation) 200 sq m with a potential second level of 100 sq m (its rental will be at negotiation after the renovation) plans for the construction of a solar system as well as other improvements to the area.
