I offer for rent a 3-bedroom house (154 sq. m.), with ”domestic electricity”. The house is located in a closed, guarded complex. Parking in a guarded area is included in the rent price. The entrance is separate, two floors of the house are designed for comfortable accommodation of 6 people. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, toilet, kitchen with dining area and terrace with access to the garden. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, terrace and 1 bathroom with toilet. Local heating with electric boiler. Water is heated with an electric boiler. The house has high-speed internet, access via cable. The entire territory of the complex is guarded 24/7. All residents of our complex have the right to use tennis courts, swimming pool and children’s playground, parking. The indicated price includes: rent of a house for one month. Consumables (electricity and water) are paid separately. A deposit of one month’s rent is required, which is refunded upon departure in the absence of obligations. Pets are not allowed.
