Luxuriously furnished and equipped with all kitchen appliances: oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, refrigerator. Each room has air conditioning and a TV. Free WI FI. The apartment is equipped with kitchenware.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking.
Payment is made only by bank transfer, in advance. A deposit is paid / also by bank transfer /, which is 100% refunded immediately after departure / again by bank transfer /, if there is no damage, tobacco smoke or the presence of animals!
Please note that no refunds are given for overnight stays that the client has decided to shorten and left early for various reasons!

There is a public paid parking lot nearby. Parking around the apartment is possible only if there are free spaces.
