Option 2: Payment of 1 store by Christmas for 40 thousand euros and the 2nd store in January 2026 for 29 thousand euros or a total of 69 thousand euros / 135 thousand leva /.
Option 3: Payment by Christmas ONLY for the 2nd store + land for a total of 61 thousand euros or ONLY the third store + land for 30 thousand euros with a condition. Payment in leva is also accepted. The price is final.
The offer includes 3 shops with a total area of 60m2 + 102m2 of the plot for construction reflected in the notary act and cadastre. All details are discussed at a personal meeting in Ruse.
IN CASE OF DEFERRED PAYMENT of the three shops, a preliminary contract for the sale and immediate use of all 3 shops is concluded with terms and conditions, with an initial payment of 40 thousand euros and the ownership of the 20m2 shop with a 34m2 plot is transferred, and the remainder of 41 thousand euros is paid in installments up to 24 months. After the payment of the fixed agreed price, the remaining 2 shops of 40m2 with a 68m2 plot are also transferred. Another payment scheme satisfying both parties is also possible. From the owner without ANY commission.
