I offer for long-term rent a house (600 sq. m) with its own fenced garden in Bansko. The house is located in the gated complex ”Pine Rose” and consists of 5 bedrooms, each with its own toilet and bathroom. The house has a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, a large living room with a fireplace, air conditioners. There is a guest toilet and 2 large verandas. The heating system of the house is centralized, the heating boiler runs on wood. The house is designed for comfortable accommodation of maximum 10-14 people. Next to the house there is a private parking for several cars, around the house there is a fenced garden (500 sq. m). The house is furnished. The territory of the hotel complex, where the house is located, is guarded 24 hours a day. All residents of the complex have the right to free use of tennis courts, a playground and a swimming pool. The rental price is 1500 € / month. A deposit equal to one month’s rent is required (refundable), electricity and water costs are paid additionally according to meter readings.
