Monthly rent is BGN 500 for the months from October to April inclusive. For the summer season 2023 from May to September including rent BGN 3500 for the period.
It can also be rented year-round - by agreement.
The apartment is located in the residential part of the Black Sea Hotel, near Ivana Palace, in Sunny Beach, on the 5th floor out of 6. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. The seaside promenade is a 5-minute walk away. Nearby there are pastry shops, a supermarket and restaurants with popular prices for Sl. beach
Consumables are at the tenant’s expense. A guarantee deposit of BGN 500 is required, which is returned upon departure and is against possible damages and intercepted recent electricity and water bills.
The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob with 2 sockets, with all the necessary dishes. There is a vacuum cleaner.
