Chalet-style family house
This house was built in 1869 and renovated in 2006. The house is located near Pirin Street and is on the stones of the old town. The property was originally a restaurant, then a shop and is now a family house.
The house is located on a street corner and is a separate property, not connected to a neighboring property. The area of the plot including the house is 280m2. The entrance to the property is through one of the two gates that lead you to the yard / garden. The garden has a hot tub for 6 people, as well as a country ski shed and a large picnic area.
The property has a barn converted into a separate building with one bedroom with a total living area of 40m2. The exterior of the barn has retained its original appearance, using regenerated wood as decoration. There is also a small balcony, ideal for afternoon coffee. Inside there is a kitchen, a dining area and a large shower with a separate private bath. The bedroom is located on the upper floor overlooking the rest of the barn. Inside there is an original wooden staircase, exposed stone walls and beams, creating a cozy authentic atmosphere. It also has a wood stove.
The house has 3 floors and a wine cellar with a total area of 300m2. The entrance hall on the ground floor has enough storage space for shoes and coats leading to the living room. The lounge / games room has a table for 9 people, ideal for board games and afternoon tea. It also has a large sofa and wood stove. The dining room has a buffet breakfast and a large table with 12 seats. Huge original beams are left throughout the property to preserve their authentic character. The kitchen has large work surfaces, ideal for serving meals to customers. It has two ovens and 8 hot plates. All fittings and fittings must be sold with the hut. On the ground floor there is also a shower and toilet.
On the 1st floor there is a second toilet and shower and 4 large enough double rooms. There is a large sun terrace, ideal for summer afternoons and evenings with enough space for a table, chairs and sun loungers. On the second floor there are two more double bedrooms with stunning mountain views from both with private shower / toilets. There are also two large storage rooms on this floor. All bedrooms are south facing and enjoy plenty of sun during the day.
The whole house has double glazing and electric heaters and is completely insulated with polyurethane foam during its renovation. With this and 2 feet thick walls, the house maintains warmth in winter and keeps cool in summer. The house has also been converted to 3-phase electricity for peak periods in the winter, when the hot tub, ovens and two large boilers are used. Parking is not a problem around the house, as many of the streets have enough parking space.
