The house with an area of 132 sq.m., consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor, on the first floor there is a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, toilet. The house has everything you need for living, including: glasses, dishes, electric kettle, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine. Residents are entitled to free use of the swimming pool, tennis court, internet and parking. The house is heated by an electric boiler, there is also a hot water boiler. Pets are allowed. The whole complex is guarded 24/7. Rental price 900 Euro per month. Consumables (electricity and water) are charged separately. A security deposit of one month’s rent is required, refundable upon vacating and no obligations.
