The apartment for rent is located in St. John Hill. It is located on the ground floor in one of the buildings of the complex. It has a large terrace with beautiful views! The apartment has one bedroom, living room with kitchenette equipped with everything you might need; seating area with sofa, TV and fireplace, bathroom with washing machine and a bedroom with double bed. There are free parking spaces in front of the building (they are paid through the winter season), as well as a grocery store!

Heating and hot water - electrical radiators and hot water boiler.

RENTAL PRICES are as follows:
    - for the period April 16th - November 14th - 500 BGN/260 Euros per month with min. stay 2 months
    - for the period November 15th - April 15th - 600 BGN/310 Euros per month with min. stay 5 months
Long term rental package includes: rent of the whole apartment for one month, TV and internet. All utility bills are paid additionally. One month lease is required in advance as a deposit, which shall be returned after leaving the apartment and lack of liability.

Location and local attractions
Very well located just a stone throw away from the main gondola lift. The complex has a very good access to bars, mehanas and ski facilities which is very important if you are to have a self-catering holiday.
 

SKI FACILITIES IN BANSKO:
Total Amount of ski pists are 75 кm. Beginners - 35%; Intermediate - 40%; Advanced - 25%; Snow cannons - 260 snow cannons covering 90% of the ski slopes. Bansko offers its guests a unique 16-kilometer uninterrupted ski run, starting from Todorka Peak (2600 m) at the highest point of the ski center, all the way to base station of the Gondola lift at the outskirts of town. The last 7 km of the slope are lighted, and the entire facility is equipped with artificial snow machines to ensure a great skiing experience even in warmer conditions.
