On the first floor there is a tavern with a fireplace and an equipped kitchen for self-catering. On the second floor are the bedrooms - four private rooms. The first room has a private bathroom, a double bed and a pull-out armchair, with the possibility of accommodating three people. The remaining three rooms have a shared bathroom. There are two rooms with two single beds and one room with one double bed. Each room has a TV with cable channels. The property also has its own parking lot. The house provides its guests with a calm and cozy atmosphere. In its upper part, the courtyard to the house offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Elensky Balkans, fresh air, silence and peace. There is a river near the house. It is suitable for a short walk in nature.
The location of the house is convenient for visiting places of interest in the town of Elena and the Elena Balkans - Hristovski waterfall, Jovkovtsi dam, Kapinovski monastery, Kapinovski waterfall, Maryanski monastery, Valchan Voivoda memorial complex, eco trails, etc.
