Really excellent, renovated apartment in one of the best resorts in Bansko. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Block A in Green Life Resort. It is only a 30-second walk from the outdoor swimming pool.
There are a number of features of this apartment that are sought after ie. a good sized balcony with a great view that is not overlooked; fireplace, large open living space, etc. The apartment feels very spacious and comfortable, especially in the living area.
Upon entering through the front door there is a lobby area with built-in storage. There are two doors to the foyer leading to the bedroom and bathroom, but moving straight into the open plan living space you’ll find all the furniture and appliances you need to move in straight away. The kitchen (to your right as you enter) has an oven and double hob with extractor over, sink, microwave, large upright fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. There are many storage units. The apartment will be equipped with utensils and crockery. Just off the kitchen space is a dining table with four chairs under the south facing window. Opposite is a working fireplace with a glass door. Just behind the fireplace you will find the main seating area which is furnished with 2 large sofa beds, an armchair, a rug and a coffee table and a large screen TV. This room has brand new blinds fitted. The views from the west window are over open land to the forest and mountains. From the end of the room there is a spacious balcony = no other buildings overlooking the balcony - very private.
The bedroom is carpeted and consists of a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers with a make-up mirror. There is a second exit to the terrace from the bedroom. Wake up in the morning with forest and mountain views!
The bathroom is lined with terracotta tiles and has a large shower cabin, a toilet and a sink with a mirror. There is also a heated towel rail.
