- for year round stay - 7800 BGN/4000 Euros per year and advance payment
Long term rental package includes: rent of the whole apartment for one month. All utility bills are paid additionally. One month lease is required in advance as a deposit, which shall be returned after leaving the apartment and lack of liability.
