B) The enterprise is registered as an object for the production of the following foods - Group B - ”fish, fish products and other marine products” - fish products - chilled fish and fish products; frozen fish and fish products; frozen and chilled rapeseeds; salt-marinated products; repackaging of chilled and frozen fish and fish products; storage of chilled and frozen fish and fish products.
C) The company has developed HACCP for the processing of fish and fish products (including rapani).
