Location: The village of Cherkazki is 104 km from Sofia (1 hour and 45 minutes) and 30 minutes away from Vratsa and Montana. It is not located on a main road, and the village experiences very little traffic. The village is exceptionally peaceful, with no representatives of minorities and low crime rates. There are permanent residents (182 people according to 2022 data) and two functioning shops.

The property: It borders a pine forest in its upper part but is also close to the center of the village and the shops. The property features a well with drinking water, over a hundred-year-old walnut tree, a vineyard, a covered garage with a pit, a large agricultural building, several additional rooms that can be used as storage, arable land, and an old traditional oven.

What we have done: The house has been completely renovated. The roof has been replaced, and we have built an internal bathroom with a toilet. The ground floor consists of a kitchen and dining area, while the upper floor has one bedroom and another room left to be furnished according to the needs of future owners.
