The house is rented furnished and everything necessary for normal life - a stove, a washing machine, a dishwasher, kitchenware, a refrigerator, a microwave, etc.
The house has security and video surveillance, there is local heating and air conditioning on each floor.
The yard is 635 m2, with benches, a table and a canopy. Up to 2 cars can be driven into the yard, and 3 more cars can be easily parked in front of the house.
