I am renting out 5 brand new two-story houses in the gated complex Victoria Avenue (part of Victoria Hills). The complex is located 1 km from the Sarafovo district in Burgas and 10 minutes by car from the Sea Garden or the center of Burgas. In the other direction, it is 5 minutes from Pomorie.
The houses are brand new, fully completed with Act 16. They are available for rent, fully furnished and equipped with modern furniture and appliances, so you don’t need to buy anything extra.
Four houses have 2 bedrooms, a total living area of 111 m² and a private yard of 247 m². One house is larger, it has 3 bedrooms, a total living area of 135 m² and a private yard of 290 m².
