The building is emblematic of the area and is on the first line to the beach. It has controlled access, is well maintained, video surveillance, a swimming pool, a playground and a landscaped yard. The place is close to year-round restaurants, pubs, the Jeanette store, the school, the court, the municipality and everything you need.

The apartment consists of a practical entrance hall, a room with a bedroom and a kitchen area, a large second bedroom, two bathrooms with a toilet and two terraces in front of both rooms. Heating and cooling are with air conditioners, and hot water is from two boilers.
