Owner rents long-term compact three-bedroom maisonette in Lazur next to the Russian High School. On the lower level there is a corridor, a bathroom/WC, a living room with a kitchen, a children’s bedroom and a balcony. On the upper level there is a bedroom with a double bed.
The apartment is suitable for a couple or a family with one child - the children’s bedroom has a single bed and is located on the lower level.
Pets are not allowed, smoking is also not allowed in the apartment.
