Location and Local Attractions
Situated in the most popular mountain village Beli Iskar close to Borovets ski resort, the apartment has superb views towards the mountains. The village has easy access to all amenities and although it has easy access to a large town’s facilities, the village still retains a great countryside feel. With access to completely unspoil and stunning Rila Mountain countryside, this area is a favourite with lovers of nature in the raw.
Borovets ski runs are just 6 kms away and not a problem to access all year round. The surrounding scenery is stunning all year round and particularly in winter with the beautiful white snow. For more experienced skiiers, a visit to Malyovitsa is recommended. A 15 minute drive away, Malyovitsa has some of the highest slopes in Bulgaria and some challenging pistes.
The large town of Samokov is only 8 kms down the road and all amenities can be found here. Sofia city is 60 kms by main road and don’t forget in summer, you can also access the resort of Lake Iskar where there are sandy beaches and plenty of water sports.
