I am selling five apartments - studio type for rent to tourists during the summer season. They are located on the first floor of a new building with a wonderful location - a few steps from the Central Beach, Old Town, Marina. The place is preferred for recreation by tourists in the summer, due to the proximity to the beach, shops, pharmacies, restaurants, a city park with many attractions and entertainment.
