Owner is renting a long-term one-story sunny southern house with a yard in a quiet family area near the center, with shops, a nursery and a school. Possibility of renting an additional 25 sq.m. brick garage (the GARAGE can also be rented separately for 75 BGN). The house has been completely renovated, with a new roof, PVC German five-chamber windows with mosquito nets, a solid wooden entrance door, internal insulation, constant hot water from a top-class flow-through boiler; with a French mechanical water softener installed in the water supply. The house consists of: an entrance hall (with a mirror, hanger and cupboard); a furnished bedroom with air conditioning (two Italian mattresses and a four-wing wardrobe with a superstructure); an unfurnished living room with air conditioning, a furnished and equipped kitchen (refrigerator, washing machine, oven with 4 black hobs); a small corridor with a cupboard and a bathroom with toilet. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
