Two guest houses in the village of Pismenovo

Heating, cooling and water supply are fully optimized and with very low monthly costs. A system of solar collectors feeds two 500 liter water heaters. A wood-burning stove heats both houses in winter via a warm connection.

The village of Pismenovo is 139 meters above sea level, located in an oak forest with an incredible variety of animal species. There are 16 springs around the village, the water of which is considered healing, and the area and its surroundings are a preferred tourist destination for hikes, excursions and safaris.
