One bedroom for rent

One-bedroom apartment (living room with dining area, kitchenette, bedroom, hallway, bathroom with toilet, and 2 balconies - 6.1 m²). The flooring is natural oak parquet and terracotta tiles, with walls painted in white latex. Aluminum window frames. The bathroom is tiled with faience and terracotta. The apartment is fully furnished. The kitchenette is equipped with built-in luxury appliances. Washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, and iron with ironing board. Living room – soft furniture (sofa bed/small bed), dining table with chairs, bedroom – full set. Heating is provided by air conditioning and an electric radiator. No parking space/garage. Nearby shops, gyms, and beauty salons. Rental period for no less than 1 year. Extension of the rental period for no less than 1 year.

A 3-month deposit is required (not advance payment!). The notary certification of the contract and inventory protocol is at the tenant’s expense. Only bank payments are accepted. Viewings are available by appointment at least 1 day in advance. Viewings are held only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. References are required from the potential tenant. Processing time for document handling and deal finalization is 1 week. No tenants with pets or minor children. Only for private individuals, not legal entities. The described conditions apply to Bulgarian citizens.

The broker’s fee is 50% of the first month’s rent, payable after the first rent payment is made via bank transfer and after signing a service agreement.

Currently, there is packaged personal luggage in the apartment, which can be removed within 24 hours after signing the contract at the notary.
