I am selling a furnished house in the village of Dabravino, Varna region, 30 km from Shkorpilovtsi beach, 45 km from Varna, on the eastern slopes of Stara Planina mountain, near the Kamchia river and the nature reserve Longoza . Sherba hunting reserve is nearby.

The property is located on the edge of the village, surrounded by trees. Yard 1000 sq.m.. The house is about 100 sq. m., it was built around 1960 from stone, bricks, wood, has renovated roof and renewed wooden windows, it consists of 3 rooms, kitchen, dining room, lounge. There is an internal bathroom with a combined electric/wood boiler and separate toilet, septic tank. The heating is on wood. There are two cellars, a small one (about 4 sq.m.) and a large one (about 20 sq.m.), also a shed on the north wall and another large shed/barn at the back of the yard. There are fruit trees, vineyard, medicinal herbs in the yard. The house has a security system and cabled high-speed internet. Good neighbors. There is a spring at 10 meters in front of the house.
Currently, the house is occupied and maintained, no repair needed, it will need to eventually whitewash the walls, paint the woodwork.
