The location is 200 meters from the sea and the yacht port in the most sought-after part of the city. The place is also close to the main road, which allows it to be used all year round.

Public transport stops are also nearby. The building has a Permit for Use since 2010. There is a private parking lot, which is used only by apartment users. There is excellent organized maintenance, controlled access, video surveillance, a pool and very quick access to the sea and the port.

The apartment is spacious, interior and very functional. It consists of a large living room with a kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom, a terrace with access from both rooms, two bathrooms with two toilets (really very convenient and important! ). The terrace is very comfortable and large enough for use and relaxation.
