The place is close to year-round restaurants, pubs, the Jeanette store, the school, the court, the municipality and everything you need.

The apartment consists of a practical entrance hall, a main room, a small kitchenette, a terrace and a bathroom with a toilet. Heating and cooling are with air conditioners, and hot water is from a boiler.

Separate bills for electricity (domestic) and water. Internet and television with many channels to A1.
