This particular project is called ’’Flora Beach’’ and features three fully residential buildings with ground level and underground parking. The buildings are located on str. ’’Manastirska’’ on the west side (towards Burgas), which is a very quiet and calm area 150m from the beach. Only the best products and brands in the industry have been used for the construction. The thermal insulation is from the industry leading brand ‘’Baumit’’ with 10cm thickness and density of of 18kg/m3. A six chamber joinery with a profile of 8,5cm and an energy saving double glazing called ‘’4 seasons’’ by the German brand Aluplast have been used throughout. This combination of joinery, double glazing and thermal insulation results in a well-balanced temperature distribution in the apartments and acts as a significant electricity cost saving.
All apartments are sold in accordance with the Bulgarian State Standard, however further negations can be made to agree on level of finishing work. This will be done on a case by case basis.
The common areas in the buildings feature 100% natural granite stone and the ground floor outer lining is covered in the natural stone travertine.
