I rent 640 square meters of indoor and about 350-400 square meters of open space, as part of the ”Warehouse and Production Base”, located in the village of Kamenar, commune. Varna /to the Municipal Shelter for Stray Dogs/, for the sum of BGN 4,300 not incl. VAT. The base was commissioned in the second half of 2023;
The walls and the roof are made of thermal panels with a thickness of 8 and 10 cm., placed in a plinth of concrete blocks /H 1.10 m./. The height to the cornice of the main part is 4.5 m, and the total length is 36 m. The room has two lifting doors with dimensions of 4.5 m./4.2 m. H and 3.2 m./3.5 m. H and two pedestrian;
There is a sanitary room with two toilets and showers, a wash basin and a dressing room.
The base has external video surveillance, internet, active lightning protection system, fire hydrants and fire alarm system, transparent panels on the roof /for additional light/ and windows on both facades. It has a central compressed air piping system with triggers and quick connections;
El. power supply – three-phase with self-metering; Water supply with a separate water meter;
If necessary, additional open space and office space beyond the one offered above can be rented;
It is also possible for the future tenant to divide the room lengthwise into two parts /x 18 m./
Minimum term for renting the base - 12 months; Refundable deposit - 2 monthly rents;
