The offices are on the 8th floor of an 11-story building, which is thermally insulated with aluminum windows. There is round-the-clock security and an access control system; 3 elevators. Daily cleaning and maintenance of hygiene in common areas, staircases and parking lots is provided; servicing of all installations in the building.
Included in the price of 8 euros per square meter is 1.5 euros for the maintenance of the building and all installations - cleaning of the common areas, repair of the elevator, service of the building.
