I am selling a plot of land in the village of Gramatikovo (from the owner) with water and electricity. The plot is located next to a main road and is suitable for both building a hotel or a holiday village, and for installing facilities for extracting ecological energy.

The village of Gramatikovo is located within the Malko Tarnovo municipality and Strandzha Nature Park. It is among the largest villages in the park, along with Kosti and Brodilovo. In the village itself there is an ancient church, old houses and a small natural history museum. Of all the villages in Strandzha, near Gramatikovo there is the largest concentration of ancient sanctuaries, which are still revered today. These are the Indipasha sanctuary, the St. Trinity chapel, the Great Ayazma in Vlahov Dol and the rock sanctuary Kamaka. Currently, the latter has been declared a natural landmark, and the other three are sites of pilgrimage tourism.

In addition to their holiness, the sanctuaries attract tourists because of the unique Strandzha nature. The routes to them pass through beautiful centuries-old forests, and in places rare plants can be found. A walk to them could be likened to a small, exotic odyssey.

Very nearby is the village of Kondolovo (9 km), where the richest deposit of Strandzha periwinkle is located. This plant has become a symbol of the Strandzha Mountains. In its essence, it is a wild rhododendron that has been growing here for millions of years.

The village is located 72 km south of Burgas, 24 km east of Malko Tarnovo and 33 km west of Tsarevo.

It is located at a crossroads in Strandzha, as two main roads intersect here: Malko Tarnovo - Tsarevo and Byala Voda - Gramatikovo.

Accommodation is offered in guest houses and a hotel. There are restaurants and grocery stores on the village square.
