Hall 7: ~ 1575 m² - 18 m x 87 m, height 11.8 m - equipped with 8 gantry cranes. There are 2 offices and a toilet in the hall. Entrances from both ends of the hall with an opening measuring 5 x 5 meters.
Hall 8: ~ 1575 m² - 18 m x 87 m, height 10.5 m - equipped with 8 gantry cranes. In the hall there are 2 rooms similar to warehouses + a toilet. Entrances from both ends of the hall with an opening measuring 5 x 5 meters.
Hall 9: ~ 2500 m² - ”L” shaped hall with dimensions 24 m x 85 m x 48 m x 19 m, equipped with a 5 ton crane not working - subject to repair. Height 10.5 m with 3 large entrances/exits measuring 5x5 meters. The shed is suitable for making a ramp on the outside along its long side with openings for trucks for loading and unloading.
Hall 10: ~ 1605 m² - 24 m x 66 m, height 10.5 m, equipped with a 5t crane.
Hall 11: ~ 3175 m² - 128 m x 24 m, height 13.0 m, equipped with 8t crane, non-working, subject to repair. (will be available in November 2024)
A fenced, open area of approximately 9,000 m² is also available.
The property is located in an ideal logistical position, far from populated areas, but with an established infrastructure. It is located 8 km from the Trakia Motorway, getting off at the junction for Bulgarovo/Kameno, avoiding the city traffic. The location is 17 km from Burgas Port and 20 km from Burgas Airport in Sarafovo.
The entire terrain is fenced and covered with cameras and perimeter signaling protection. The territory has a night security guard type SOT and 24/7 video surveillance controlled by a video control center on site. Operators monitor the cameras and report any irregularities to the security company.
In addition to the existing offices in the hall, on the territory of the property there is the possibility of using other office premises, toilets and bathrooms, as well as a bed base with bedrooms that can be rented out for overnight stays. The base is under development and reconstruction. Work is currently underway to restore an old gym and a small football field, as well as a large canteen with a fitted kitchen area, suitable for serving a large number of employees on a regular shift.
A load scale for trucks has been purchased on the territory of the object, and it is about to be installed according to the needs of the future lessors. Until its construction, 100 meters from the entrance to the property, there is an accessible scale for trucks operating 264 days a year from 08:00 to 17:00, with the option of 24/7 remote weighing via video surveillance.
The halls are subject to reconstruction and adaptation according to the needs of the tenant under a long-term commitment and contract.
